Does Anaraa sell authentic luxury products?
Yes! We partner with official retailers, verified brand partners, and luxury affiliate networks to ensure 100% authenticity. All products come with brand tags, authenticity certificates, and original packaging when applicable.
Do you have a physical store?
No, Anaraa is an online-only luxury shopping platform. This allows us to offer a carefully curated collection of high-end fashion from around the world.
Where do you ship?
We offer shipping to USA, Canada, UK, and France. Products are shipped by the partner brands.

Do you cover customs & import taxes?
For international orders, customs fees, duties, and import taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for details.

You can refer to our return and refund policy here. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

How do I return an item?
1. Submit a Return Request – Email returns@anaraa.com with your order number & reason for return.
2. Receive a Return Label – We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label (for eligible returns). The return shipping fees will be paid by the customer ($10).
3. Ship Your Return – We will let you know where you can drop it.

Can I exchange an item?
No. You can only process orders and returns. In case you would like to go for exchange, you have an option to process return the product, and order again, the required product you would like replaced. Email contact@anaraa.com to arrange an exchange within 14 days.
