How to Measure Your Foot Length
- Place a piece of paper on a hard, flat floor — against a wall.
- Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall.
- Mark the end of your longest toe on the paper.
- Measure the distance from the wall (heel) to the toe mark using a ruler or tape measure.
- Repeat for your other foot and use the longer measurement.
